To ensure that Black workers have equitable access to sustainable and living wage jobs and their rights are protected the Workers Center for Racial Justice has launched the following campaigns:

The Dignity of Work Campaign. The overarching goal of this campaign is to reduce the rate of unemployment and low-wage work in the Black community in Chicago by half over the next five years.
