Bryce began his career as an organizer for SEIU, one of the largest labor unions in the United States.

In 2013, Bryce served as campaign manager for the successful re-election campaign of Christian Mitchell as state representative in Illinois. The race was one of the most contested of the cycle, with the Chicago Tribune stating, “there may be no more important race in the [state] House than this one.”

Afterwards, Bryce joined Kivvit (formerly ASGK Public Strategies) as a public affairs consultant. In that role, he was the project manager for the University of Chicago coalition that brought the Obama Presidential Library to Chicago’s South Side.

Most recently, he served as campaign manager for Andrea Zopp for U.S. Senate. He also served as the campaign spokesperson.
